1. Got to work early this morning, all was going well, until..... this lady I work with really tried me. I am in her old position and previously when she was in this position she took on a whole bunch of extra responsibilities by choice and now would like to put them on me. Uuuugh NO! It's a LONG story, but this job is by no means ideal, I totally got screwed on the pay, plus I don't get benefits or paid days off. I am hourly instead of salary and I'm always the first one there in the morning and the last one to leave. She wanted to try to make me do some data entry for the whole school and she had the nerve to try to bully me into it. SMH
2. I love buying gifts for other people, I really do try to find something they will really love and that is very thoughtful and sometimes creative if I can pull it off. I also love wrapping gifts, but the part I hate is trying to store it all until Christmas.
3. I mailed my Secret Santa package out on Saturday. I was all happy with myself until they told me how much it was going to cost to mail it. I had to pick my jaw up off the ground. :( It's worth it though, don't get me wrong.
4. People keep asking me what I want for Christmas and I can never think of anything on the spot and then later I'm shopping or am online and there are lots of things I want. Like this:

5. So tired of hearing about Tebow. I don't care one bit about football, but especially since I live in CO that's all the talk right now, especially on Facebook. :(
6. I need to join a gym ASAP. I need to stop making excuses and do it. This has to be one of my favorite things I read on FB this year:

I just tweeted about how much I hated our Secret Santa drawing and then I read your post. Lol.
Definitely planning to purchase Common's book. Matter of fact I need to text my daughter and tell her I would like it as a gift. Beforehand, I couldn't really think of anything that wouldn't hurt her pockets.
An iPad2 is definitely headed my way. Hopefully you will get your wish as well.

1. I hate people like that in the work place. I need this economy to get better fast. Good people are having to suffer and it's just not right! Glad you stood up for yourself.
2. I really enjoy getting gifts for others too. I'm going to email you with some ideas I've been pondering.
