Thankful for:
- my family
- the weekend
- Thanksgiving-food, break & Black Friday
- The Rockettes Christmas show this weekend-a birthday gift to my grandma. It will be 4 generations of us ladies going: mom, me, gram & my daughter
- losing 9.5 lbs in four days! This diet is not too bad after all and you really do crave sugar less if you cut back to almost none
- 2 weeks off for Christmas after 22 more work days!
On a side note.......what about that Kanye interview with Matt Lauer?? Any thoughts?

You must send the deets about this diet asap! LOL! Congrats on the weight loss! I have to buy my stuff this weekend. I'm starting Sunday. This past week was to hectic and my TOTM was here. I needed chocolate, cheese and chips! LOL!
I think Ye is very sensitve but I agree with him. I think he was set up. Because you usually have creative control during interviews. They clear with you what will be discussed and shown. And I've watched other interviews with celebs where they have gone too far and when they were called on it they backed down. Matt Lauer had an agenda and he did NOT back down! So that was WHACK! Ye was ambushed!
And as far as Bush getting sympathy for being called a racist and not liking black people. Hmph! chile please!!!
Katrina was a catastrophe!! We live in the richest country in the world and the response that happened there should have NEVER happened!
I truly believe you are a product of your environment. I'm not saying you can't change but you have to want to. Hopefully this experience helps Bush do just that.
