So here we are again, man did 2009 go fast! It's that time of year again that we all swear that this will be the year........for weight loss (me), a new job, getting out of debt, etc..etc... Well, this year I'm torn I don't want to disappoint myself and if you're anything like me, you beat yourself up when you start slipping on your goals and then you end up giving up all together. So my idea is that I have the same goals in mind all year long, I may or may not write them down this time, but my plan is to celebrate my accomplishments big & SMALL.So I'll start today......I ate out twice so that wasn't the best in regards to dieting, but I did go on a good 20-30 minute walk with Imani & that is one of my goals. I hope to try to fit in some sort of exercise each day. Tomorrow is my first day back to work in 2010. My goal for tomorrow is to try not to snack much at work & if I do, make it healthier snacks. 2010 has started off to a great start, even though I haven’t worked out once or changed any eating habits. Its so tough, CHANGE. is difficult. :) I am like you going to commit to 30 minutes of exercise a day. It'c cold here. Cold is only about 27 degrees, but to me it feels like 10 below. So, I havent been doing much walking outside as I normally love to do with the girls.. I struggle so bad with indoor exercise and I totally refuse to join a gym. Maybe I can dance with the baby for 30 minutes today :)
